Location: Redstone Arsenal-Huntsville, Alabama
Project Value: $12,900,000
Project Scope: Provided geotechnical engineering as well as construction materials testing and Special Inspection services for a 121,000 sqf. 5 story steel-framed precast and glass-clad Class A office building. When completed, the $1 Billion Redstone Gateway office park will include 4.4 million sqf. of Class A office space on more than 468 acres. Location: Columbus, Georgia
Project Value: $20 Million
Project Scope: Provided a full geotechnical site investigation as well as construction materials testing and Special Inspection services including soils, sub grade inspection, concrete, masonry, structural steel, fireproofing evaluation and NPDES storm water monitoring for a 75,000 sqf. multi-story office building. Key project services included monitoring of shallow foundation installation and monitoring back fill of large foundation walls.
