What Little Rock Has to Offer

Welcome to the capital city of Arkansas—and its largest city, boasting a metro population of just under 730,000. The city plays host to a variety of different festivals each year, including the Little Rock Film Festival, the World Cheese Dip Championship, Jazz in the Park, Riverfest, and more. Little Rock is also home to Heifer International, a relief organization that deploys to communities in need worldwide.

If you’re visiting Little Rock, take time out to visit the River Market District—the city’s hub of restaurants, shops, bars, hotels, and more. Take a streetcar through the district and be sure to stop by the Museum of Discovery. Historical landmarks and art attractions abound in Little Rock. Spend some time at the Clinton Presidential Center & Park learning about Arkansas government and history. Find out about the city’s involvement in the civil rights movement while visiting the Little Rock Central High School National Historic Site.
