Branch Manager Kevin Edmondson, P.E
Kevin Edmondson, P.E., brings over 14 years of experience in the geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and environmental consulting fields to the Huntsville, Alabama, office. He specializes in subsurface exploration, foundation evaluations, and special inspections.
Kevin’s comprehensive experience includes both design and construction phases of projects. In the design phase, he excels at establishing and executing geotechnical subsurface programs, overseeing field drilling operations, analyzing laboratory samples, and preparing detailed geotechnical reports. His field engineering experience during construction encompasses site work proofroll evaluations, footing inspections, DCP evaluations, and extensive on-site monitoring for shallow and deep foundation installations, including micropiles, drilled shafts, and driven piles. Kevin also has significant experience with jet and pressure ground improvement techniques.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, earned in 2010. Kevin leads a diverse team of professionals, managing materials testing and Special Inspections per IBC services during construction exploration. Outside of work, Kevin is often found playing pickup basketball at the university gym. At home, he enjoys spending time outside gardening and being active with his wife Meredith and their three children.
