Building & Earth Names New Branch Manager of Arkansas Location

Building & Earth is proud to announce it has appointed Curtis Osier branch manager of its Springdale, Arkansas, location. Osier also serves as the branch manager for the company’s Little Rock, Arkansas, branch. He officially assumed the role of branch manager of the Springdale office in early 2018.

As branch manager of both locations, he will divide his time between Springdale and Little Rock. In Springdale, Osier will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and the project managers at the location. He will also be taking the lead on business development and client relations for both Arkansas offices.

“For nearly four years, Curtis focused his management efforts on Central Arkansas, where, under his leadership, a strong team of project managers, geologists, lab personnel and field representatives provide environmental, geotechnical and construction phase testing and inspection services for our growing group of clients,” said Marco Silvestre, Building & Earth Regional Vice President, Tulsa, Springdale and Little Rock. “Within the past several months, Curtis expanded his role as branch manager to include our Northwest Arkansas operations. This added responsibility allowed him to move back to an area of Arkansas that is dear to his heart, and where he started his career over twenty years ago.”

The Building & Earth office in Springdale continues to show strong growth with a solid backlog of work in Northwest Arkansas, and is proud to have a staff of well-trained, highly motivated employees. The office is currently working on several different projects, including construction materials testing and special inspection services for the Helen Walton Child Enrichment Center, an innovative Walton Foundation project, as well as several projects with local municipalities and the Arkansas Department of Transportation.

“Curtis’ passion for our line of work, his strategic, hands-on management style and his commitment to provide value to our clients will strengthen our position as a professional service provider in this growing part of the Natural State,” said Silvestre.
