Project Scope: Provided a full geotechnical site investigation as well as construction materials testing and Special Inspection services including soils, subgrade inspection, concrete, masonry, structural steel, fireproofing evaluation and NPDES stormwater monitoring for a 75,000 sqf. multi-story office building. Key project services included monitoring of shallow foundation installation and monitoring backfill of large foundation walls.
